NATURAL CHAMPAGNE

Champagne is located in the northeast of France, and is of course most associated with its sparkling white wine. The most commonly grown grapes in Champagne are Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier which is also called Schwarzriesling, in Germany.

Unfortunately, lots of Champagne you see in supermarkets and commercial wine shop is mass produced with MILLIONS of bottles being made by the top names - it's like Coca-Cola and not very tasty either. Low intervention Champagne producers however are all 'Grower Champagne' artisans tending both the land and the cellar.
