Domaine Herbel aka "Les Vignes Herbel" is a natural wine producer from Anjou region of France known for "Rue Aux Loups"; an oxidative wine made with Chenin Blanc. Laurent Herbel and partner Nadège Lelandais are the owners, who have been inspired by other Anjou legends like Mark Angeli and Olivier Cousins, although their style is quite different and often features Oxidative techniques.
