Ancestral 2021 is a Pet Nat wine crafted by Celler Tiques in the Catalonia region in Spain. This sparkling wine is made with Xarel-lo grapes, and has a certain elegance to it alongside a nice creamy touch.

This is for sure an interesting and more refined Pet Nat than most other Spanish ones on the shop.
