Les Insouciantes is a natural wine crafted by Didier Grappe, in the Jura region in France. This red wine is made with ALL the classic Jura grapes: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Poulsard, Trousseau and Savagnin grapes which are vinified together as whole bunches which are destemmed, and this vintage features a little more tannic structure than last year. This one is an absolute gem! Fresh, yet with some structure and being a red/white blend quite vibrant in acidity too. WE LOVE IT

Who is Didier Grappe?

Didier Grappe is a producer based in the small village of Saint-Lothain. He has a particular fondness towards Hybrid grapes, as he hates to spray anything on his vines and hybrids do not need any treatment, so he is somewhat of a pioneer in the Jura, and others are now following suit with climate change having a big impact on the producers there
