Tasting Notes for Steinkauz Pet Nat 2024 

We have not yet tried this vintage, but from what we know, this vintage of Steinkauz Pet Nat 2024  has a vibrant nose of lime zest, salt, a herbal lift, and subtle black-pepper spice, complemented by notes of apple and pear.

On the palate, we expect fine bubbles and lightly salty fizz give way to lively grapefruit, lime, and wet-stone minerality, all wrapped in a fine yeasty texture.

The natural wine Steinkauz Pet Nat 2024 from the producer 2Naturkinder, vintage 2024, is made from 100% Silvaner grapes. Approximately one-third of the juice comes from grapes that undergo about 8 to 10 days of skin contact through maceration and fermentation, while the remaining two-thirds of the juice is obtained from direct pressing without skin contact before blending and bottling.
