1er Cru 'Les Sablons' 2018 is a natural wine crafted by Champagne Brice Allouchery, in the Champagne region in France. This fine sparkling wine is made with 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay grapes, which spends 6 months in barrel and 36 months in bottle before disgorgement.  We love this special Champagne, which has all the brioche notes you want, and some lively citrus touches amongst a beautiful perlage. Highly recommended
