CX Ancestral is a sparkling Pet Nat crafted by Partida Creus, in Bonastre near Tarragona, in the Catalonia region in Spain. This rare Pet Nat CV Ancestral is a beautifully-coloured wine made with the RARE rosé-skinned grape variety Cartoixa Vermell, a mutation of Xarel-lo, grapes.

We hear this has notes of hibiscus, green melon, with some gunpowder reduction. Just 9.5% Pet Nat.
