L’Odyssée Pétillante 'Chapitre 1' 2022  is crafted by Romain Henin Champagne, without any added sulphites. This sparkling Champagne wine is made with 40% Pinot Noir, 50% Pinot Meunier and 10% Chardonnay grapes and was disgorged in December 2024 without any dosage.

Highly collectable, quite cult and hard to find, the zero-zero wines of Romain Henin Champagne are a joy every time!

STRICTLY ONE PER ORDER

This lovely Champagne l’odyssée Pétillante Chapitre 1 evolves nicely in the first ten minutes in the glass.

Expect a taste profile giving first freshly sliced cucumbers on the nose with hints of wet grass and evolving  to then offer quality bread dough and vanilla cookies. After a little time and swirls to aerate, the palate gives notes of soft yellow apples, mild cinnamon, a touch of sultanas and a white pepper sensation, with vibrant zero-sulphite energy and a beautiful perlage full of finesse.

This is an excellent Champagne from a serious zero zero producer, ready to pop now or age gracefully. Quite the banger!
