Vino Bianco 2023 (Jellyfish) by Sette is made in Piedmont with Muscat grapes, which spend 8 months in Tava amphorae. The grapes are destemmed and the must macerates on the skins for 24/48 hours. This 13% alcohol wine is said to be fresh and tangy, with a slight rustic touch mingling amongst notes of ripe peach, citrus peel, wild flowers and Mediterranean herbs.
