This Cremant du Jura by Domaine de la Pinte, made with Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Savagnin. Very classic, with some more clear sulphite additions and recommended for the pricepoint. This one is on the borderline of a low intervention and would be suitable for those not used to natural wine. A more commercial style of low intervention Jura

Production details of Crémant Du Jura Brut: Crémant Du Jura Brut by Domaine de la Pinte is made in the Jura with Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Savagnin. Manual harvest with pneumatic pressing of whole grapes. The wine is bottled with yeast and sugar, then ages on laths for a minimum of 18 months. Riddled on a pupître and disgorged without dosage or sulphur addition (brut nature). 5,000 to 10,000 bottles produced per vintage.

Tasting Notes: We have not yet tried this vintage of Crémant Du Jura Brut by Domaine De La Pinte, but we hear it has notes of fresh orchard fruit, white flowers, fine bubbles and a persistent lift.
