Karl and Eva Schnabel

Karl and Eva Schnabel are a zero-zero, refined winemaking couple in high demand for their precise, terroir-driven expressions of Styria. Unlike many other top names in the region, Schnabel have a stronger focus on reds than white, and are willing to age the wines to bring out the best of their expressions before hitting the market. Production is small, prices are not cheap and demand is increasing each year. Working with a strong ethos towards sustainability, keeping their vines full of Biodiversity and applying holisitic methods, Schnabel wines have a wonderful energy on the palette.
