JUDITH BECK WINE
Judith Beck is a very popular female natural wine producer in the Burgenland region of Austria. Since 2007, she has been farming completely sustainably and believes this is the best way to make wines with character and personality.
Judith Beck makes both a range of affordable wines that are perfect for those new to natural wines, as well as a more complex range called Bumbule. The main wines Judith Beck is known for include Beck Ink, Traminer, Koreaa and Hunny Bunny.Wine and the joy of living go hand in hand
After studying viniculture, she went on to gain experience at well-known wineries in Bordeaux, Piedmont, and even Chile before assuming full winemaking responsibilities for her family’s estate. Judith made her first vintage in 2004.
85% of the vineyard is dedicated to growing red varieties, and she is especially passionate about working with native grapes Sankt Laurent, Pinot Noir, and Blaufränkisch. Beck’s winemaking philosophy is that “wine and the joy of living and pleasure all go hand in hand. We prefer wines which captivate all of our senses with each new bottle and each new sip.“
