Savagnin
Savagnin is one of our favourite grapes of Jura. Technically, it is actually the grape Traminer... although you may find some people in Jura argue against that! This grape is very versatile and can achieve wonderful results whether made in oxidative ways like a Vin Jaune, or as Ouillé (topped up barrels).
