Canopus is a natural wine producer from Argentina, who make their Pintom Rosado Subversivo from Pinot Noir! This wine is very unique and special.

Why? Pintom Rosado Subversivo is an epic Rosé with an interesting story of how it is made.

100% Pinot Noir made three ways. First part in steel, second part in open Vats and third a late harvest whole bunch macerated with the first part before all being blended together. This interesting wine is savoury and salty, sour and refreshing all at once.

Expect notes of fizzy strawberry sweets, herbs and forest floor touches. Scrumptious and different - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
