Pouilly Fuissé 'Tout Monde' 2022

Pouilly Fuissé 'Tout Monde' 2022 is a natural wine crafted by Château Des Rontets , in the Burgundy region in France. This white wine is made with 100% Chardonnay grapes.

From the winemaker: Tout Monde is produced from a single plot chosen from among the fifty-year-old vines of the Clos, which is vinified and bottled without added sulfites.

 Fermentation takes place in 400-liter barrels, and the wine remains on its lees for 20 months before bottling without fining or filtration. The absence of sulfites allows all the natural yeast strains to express themselves, resulting in a more "free" and "elegant" wine, with an aromatic profile quite different from that of our other cuvées, but with the same aging potential.

This wine is a small tribute to the work of Édouard Glissant and his definition of creolization: "Creolization phenomena are important because they allow us to practice a new spiritual dimension of the humanities. Because creolization […] requires that the heterogeneous elements brought into contact "mutually enhance each other," that is to say, that there be no degradation or diminution of being, either from within or from without, in this contact and in this mixture.
