Tonic of Wildness 2020 (RARE, 810 bottles) is a rare Pet Nat crafted by Clos Bateau, in the Beaujolais region in France. This sparkling wine is made with Gamay grapes pressed directly, and was only disgorged at the end of 2024... meaning it has spent FOUR YEARS ON THE LEES! Just 9.5% too...
