Le Vin de Ploussard

Philippe Bornard, (whose wines are known with the orange fox) has retired from the business and his son Tony Bornard is now in charge.
We only have two wines from Philippe this drop, the very precious 2012 Vin Jaune and the fortifed wine “JoLiquor”.

In addition to now managing his father’s domaine, Tony has his own vineyards and a label style which you can see is radically different to his fathers.

The “Au fil des Generations” wines come as a result of massive crop damage due to frost in 2017, whereby both Tony & Philippe’s Chardonnay & Ploussard vineyards were combined (seperately) and just two cuvees released.
