Theodora 2024 NEW 50cl Bottle

Theodora 2024 NEW 50cl Bottle is a natural wine crafted by Gut Oggau, in the Burgenland region in Austria. This white wine is made with Grüner Veltliner and Welschriesling grapes.

Expect a light and refreshing blend of Welschriesling & Grüner Veltliner from their premium plots in Burgenland, which have been partially fermented on the skins and aged in various wooden containers of 500L, 1000L and 1500L and then matured on the yeast for 9 months. 

During this time there is no fining, batonnage, filtration and no adding of additional sulphur.

Food pairing wise, Theodora is ideal for light dinners like vegetable salads, light chicken or a seafood BBQ ...

Theodora is Wiltrude’s daughter. A pert but likable young lady, who takes everyone’s heart by storm with her cheerful and animate manner. She is attractive like her mother and at the same time both impudent and elegant.

The prankster at the vineyard Oggau, she is nonetheless most reliable and steady. She has a particularly close relationship with her beloved grandmother Mechthild and her favourite uncle Emmeram.
