Pur Jus 2020 by Max Sein Wein is made in Baden with Kerner, Bacchus, Gewürztraminer and Ortega grapes. Bacchus and Kerner are directly pressed and blended with the Müller-Thurgau and Ortega, which are macerated.

Winemaker Max Baumann trained with Gut Oggau and Judith Beck, and is known to leave his wines with long elebage in old barrels and let rest in the bottle before releasing to the public.
