Amphore 2022 is a natural wine crafted by Philippe Chatillon, in the Jura region in France. This red wine is made with Trousseau and Pinot Noir grapes, aged in Qvevri. This smasher has a beautiful notes of umami (almost like Worcestershire sauce?)  with a rich, complex element running alongside forest fruits, quite wild yet also equally elegant at the same time. A triumph of a wine for sure!
