Ade 2023 by Podere Ortica is a rather 'complex-for-the-price' natural wine made in Tuscany with 100% Trebbiano grapes.
 
This is a golden, mildly medicinal and complex Trebbiano, that appears orange but is just the way some Trebbiano wines are made. 
 
Full and rounded, and without high acidity, this wine featured luscious notes of sultanas, elderflower, cooked apples and butterscotch.
 
 Excellent value and very gastronomic!
