Trait by Rémi Sédès is a light red wine made in Loire with Gamay grapes.

Made with no added Sulphites. Age of vines: Planted in 1998/99 Hand harvested. Indigenous yeasts. De-stemmed. Lightly crushed grapes. Fifteen-day maceration, basket press, and racking just before the end of fermentation.
