This is a taut, very dry Corvina expression with serious structure and depth, featuring a distinctive nutty complexity reminiscent of long-aged grower Champagne. The palate gives off toasted almond, crisp green apple, and subtle brioche, culminating in an elegant, precise finish that feels both refined and compelling, with a slight herbaciousness too.
