Rosé Phips Fizz by Seckinger is a German wine made in Pfalz with Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon and Blaufränkisch grapes.

Seckinger wines veer more to the classic, crisp side of German natural wines.

Their R range is with no-added sulphur, whilst the others on morenaturalwine.com have some minor sulphur added at bottling, which is mostly in part to achieve the 'Qualitätswein"" status in the German wine market, so doses are very low.

The wines are more classic in style than super-unfiltered, rough and raw
