Vin Jaune 'En Spois' 2015 by Stéphane Tissot is a special oxidative wine taken from a specific plot close to Arbois Jura with 100% Savagnin grapes, which is aged for at least 6 years in old barrels in a traditional oxidative fashion..

A truly wonderful experience drinking this single vineyard plot style of Vin Jaune (Stephane Tissot was the first to do seperate Vin Jaunes by plots to showcase the terroir). This wine is so smooth, delicate and precise in who it is. WE LOVE IT!
