Svol is a natural wine crafted by Viniverso, in the Friuli Venezia Giulia region in Italy. This light, fresh and crisp white wine is made with 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes, which comes armed with a green, flinty and aromatic profile. Aged in concrete tanks for freshness, we expect this wine to pair brilliantly with shellfish or seafood on warm evenings
