Headed by Carles and Montse Mora, this winery in the Penedès (Catalonia) makes natural wine without any added sulphites and following all the biodynamic procedures. Clot de les Soleres lands are of calcareous type, with gravel’s agglomeration and some clay-limestone outcrops and Carles & Montse grow typical Catalan grapes like Xarel.lo or Macabeu. Their Pet-Nat Ancestral wines usually feature Residual Sugar (R.S) which give the finish a little sweetness, ideal for sunny afternoons
