The Bret Brothers also work with their project, "La Soufrandiere". Located in South Burgundy, they inherited the vineyard from their grandfather and converted it with completely chemical-free & holistic practices, with an emphasis on soil health and limiting yields to produce the most concentrated flavour and expression of the terroir. The Bret Brothers primarily produce Chardonnay, Gamay, and some Aligoté.
