Peira Levada is run by Alexandre Durand, a natural wine producer from the hot and dry Languedoc region in France. Farming 4.5 hectares of regional grapes including Syrah, Cinsault, Mourvèdre, Carignan and Grenache, Peira Levada wines are grown on schist, marble and limestone soils and are often intense, robust, spicy and a bit punky too!
