Poppelvej | Australian Wine

Poppelvej is a natural wine producer based in Australia but with some strong roots in Denmark as head winemaker Uffe Deichmann is Danish and splits his time between the two. Farming in Adelaide Hills and McLaren Vale, the skin-contact wines are soft, yet expressive whilst the Shiraz (Syrah) is full of soul and a slight vegetal touch.
