Sakai Winery is a natural wine producer from the Yamagata region in Japan, farming mostly hybrid grapes as in common in Japan due to the climate challenges of growing traditional grapes more commonly found in Europe. Common grapes include Muscat Bailey A, Kyoho, Shine Muscat, Lady Finger, Aki Queen, which are used in the natural wine "BirdUp"
