Kapitel 1 2023

Kapitel I 2023 is a natural wine crafted by Christian Tschida, in the Burgenland region in Austria. This red wine is made with Cabernet Franc grapes which are grown in the Leithaberg region overlooking the lake Neusiedl, with a forest bringing in cool winds from the top

Here the soils are mostly gravel based alongside limestone and this 2022 vintage of his Kapitel 1 is 100% Cabernet Franc, whilst previous vintages have seen additions of Zweigelt.

What does Kapitel I by Christian Tschida taste like?

Expect tangy green, slightly nice vegetal touches mingling alongside dark forest fruit and a spicy element to keep your tongue wanting another sip!
