Once a special needs teacher making wine in his spare time, it was only after an apprenticeship with Stephan Tissot and the opportunity to buy some land came around he decided to make natural wine full time. He now farms 7 hectares and popular Les Bottes Rouges bottles include Leon,No Milk Today, Tôt ou Tard and La Pepée
