Fiercely Zero Zero with no added Sulphur, Sébastien Morin started his wine journey learning from mythical Jura producer Jean-Marc Brignot, and adapted his style in a similar way with respect to long, slow presses and racking by gravity.
Farming a small patch of 1.5 hectares in Saint-Étienne-des-Oullières in Beaujolais, as well as buying some Negoce grapes to help satisfy the demand for his wines, Sebastien Morin is one we are also proud to import alongside his partner La Maï Wines, and we'll be doing some tasting videos soon on our INSTAGRAM.
