Du Rififi á Beaulieu 2023

Du Rififi á Beaulieu 2023 is a natural wine crafted by Bobinet, in the Loire region in France This excellent sparkling wine from the town of Saumur is made with Chardonnay and Chenin Blanc grapes. Whilst it IS a Pet Nat... you really would never know, because it drinks just like an elegant Cremant, refined in it's perlage bubble structure and finesse!

Expect a slight whisper of smoke on the nose alongside some stoney touches and toasted brioche. On the palate, delightful pears come through with some ripened apples, melon, vanilla essence and touch of white pepper.

Du Rififi á Beaulieu 2023 is REALLY elegant for a Pet Nat... seriously, we blinded our team this and everyone guessed Cremant because it really does deliver like you want a good Cremant to. WE LOVE IT!
