Ephémère 2020 is a natural wine crafted by Buronfosse, in the South Jura region in France, more specifically Rotalier in the Sud-Revermont, the same village as Jean Francois Ganevat.

This white wine is made with 100% Chardonnay grapes, which are grown on grey marl soils which are also composed of a high limestone content. The vines were planted in 1948!
