Maison en Belles Lies makes his Bourgogne Blanc wine not with Chardonnay, but with Aligoté grapes.
After spending time in Paris, Pierre Fenals returned to Burgundy to produce wine in a natural, chemical-free & holistic way. His winery is in Saint Aubin, in the Hautes Cotes du Beaune although he has plots elsewhere in the region too.

This is his Aligoté from 30 year old vines which ages for 14 months in old oak barrles as well as stainless steel with no batonnage.
