Tasting Notes for Garbo Fizz 2024 by Sassara

Firstly, you need to know this wine is explosive on opening, so serve very cold and over a sink, as it WILL bubble over. Once poured, this vintage of Garbo Fizz 2024 has notes of a naturally sparkling, lightly cloudy Trebbianello with an expressive, almost synthetic citrus character on the nose.

Expect it to be cloudy and a bit yeasty. For the price this is quite cool for those looking for some funk, but unlikely suitable for your grandad's 90th birthday
