Field Blends Weiss (Alcohol Free) is a natural wine crafted by Sven Leiner, in the Pfalz region in Germany. This compex, interesting and very gastronomic proxy wine wine is made with Muscat, Kerner grapes as well as a selection of herbs, predominantly thyme.
This is a grape based ferment, without kombucha or kefir tea base as most have.
Ingredients: Grape juice, white beetroot, ginger juice, lemon thyme, bay leaf, smoked salt
A blend of our own herbal teas, grape juices, vegetable juices, and spices. Fermentation of the blend with kombucha cultures from several yeast/bacteria strains creates a complex flavor profile.
Suggestedfood pairing: Pairs well with shellfish and crustaceans, sweetbreads, and dishes with creamy sauces. Serving temperature: 8-12°C in a white wine glass
