Misia 2025 is a quite cool and crisp natural wine crafted by Sassara, in the Veneto region in Italy. This white wine is made with a blend of local Garganega and Trebbiano grapes.

Despite it's playful and very fun appearance... unlike most of the other Sassara wines, this one has some complexity behind it too!

Tasting Notes for Misia 2025 by Sassara

From Misia 2025, expect notes of a light-bodied, VERY MILD skin-contact white wine with honeymelon, pear, savory biscotti , herbs, vanialla, camomile and lemon zest aromas. The palate is textured and cool, showing off some soft peach and quite mild tropical fruit alongside a core of lively citrus, but there is a pronounced saline minerality and a refreshing, salty finish, while gentle tannic grip and herbal nuances add complexity

Its quite a top value wine, because its both savoury and salty, with a herbal kick

Production Process of Misia 2025 Natural Wine by Sassara

Misia sees spontaneous fermentation in 10 hectoliter open plastic vats, followed by aging in stainless-steel tanks for approximately five months, after pressing. The wine is a blend of Garganega (50%), Trebbiano (25%), and Tocai Friulano (Friulano) (25%) and undergoes about three days of skin-contact maceration, so whilst white there is some colour to it as well.
