Sinestèsia Tinto 2024 is a natural wine crafted by Pinyolet Vinyaters, in the Catalonia region in Spain. This red wine is made with a mix of Grenache grapes, and created with no added sulphites. Expect a rustic, spicy Grenache with some nice Spanish soul, but also nice drinkability.
Hand-harvested grapes from a 8GB vineyard (2002) and a 5NG vineyard, trained using traditional systems. Located at an altitude of 120m with deep clay-limestone soil. East-facing orientation, with a total of 1ha.
50% Black Grenache and 50% Hairy Grenache. Semi-carbonic maceration for 5 days. Free-run wine, aged on the lees until bottled in spring.
