Sinfonia di Rosso is a natural wine crafted by Alessandro Viola, in the Sicily region in Italy. This red wine is made with Nerello Mascalese grapes, and here it has been aged in almost new Chesnut barrels which tend to give wines a slightly smokier aroma.

This wine is meant to be light in colour, like a Pinot Noir and bursting full of light fruits like cherries and redcurrants. Elegant and serious.
