Aunis 2023 is a vibrant and juicy, natural wine crafted by Domaine Bobinet, in the Loire region in France. This red wine is made with spicy, peppery Pineau d’Aunis grapes, hence the name "Aunis".

Here, this Bobinet "Aunis" wine is fermented with carbonic maceration for 20 days before being left to age in concrete tanks for a further 4 months. No added sulphur. Juicy and slightly peppery, with excellent value!
