Cotes a Cotes is an interesting natural wine crafted by Domaine de la Touraize, in Arbois, in the Jura region in France. This red wine is made with a blend of 30% Pinot Noir and 70% Trousseau grapes, which is made in a carbonic method bringing out big fruit and less tannin.

It is aged in Amphora, and has a pleasant reduction on it leading to a strawberry cordial, thyme and bubble gum vibe. There is a little tannic grip, but the very carbonic aspect gives it a unique dimension. REALLY AWESOME!
