Mary of Modena is a natural wine crafted by Il Farneto, in the Emilia-Romagna region in Italy. This sparkling wine is made with a blend of mostly white and but a TOUCH of red grapes too: 60% Spergola, 38% Chardonnay and 2% Termarina grapes (quite a rare one, which is red). We hear this 11.5% fizz to be light and with citrussy undertones, not too fruity with citrus, flowers and cotton candy memories coming through under a nice mineralic edge.
