 Completo Bianco is a natural wine crafted by Carussin in the Piedmont region in Italy. 

 

This wine is made with 100% Moscato grapes, which here is supplied in a 1.5 litre bag, so essentially a Bagnum! We are however not totally sure it is Moscato... as does not really taste like this so checking it out

What are the benefits to wine in a bag?

The benefits to this are that you can keep it "open" for weeks, even months without it spoiling if kept in the fridge. We find it useful for cooking without needing to open a whole bottle, as well as for last glasses before bed when you don't want to open a new wine.

How does Completo Bianco by Carussin taste?

THIS WINE IS INSANE! WE LOVE IT! The reason is because it is actually OXIDATIVE! This makes it so damn complex for the value... unreal! Use it for cooking but much better to enjoy alone!

NATURAL WINES BY CARUSSIN

Carussin is the family of Luigi Garberoglio, Bruna Ferro and their sons Luca and Matteo in Asti, Piedmont. As well as wine they brew beer and raise donkeys, which you will spot on some of the labels. Barbera is the main grape, with some Moscato, and the range goes from easy Asinoi and Completo, including big boxes, to serious Barbera d'Asti like La Tranquilla.
