Saperavi 2023 is a natural wine crafted by Iberieli, in the Guria region in Georgia. This red wine is made with Saperavi grapes.  This one is a perfectly balanced, 12.5% red wine, bordering on a biog vibrant rosé. Full-bodied strawberry, subtle herbs, and even hints of fresh cocoa beans can be discerned. Very fruity, but not sweet. Like all good things, this wine needs time to breathe, allowing its rich, berry-laden aromas to fully unfold.
