Brisat Xarello Old Vines is a natural wine crafted by Entre Vinyes , in the Catalonia region in Spain. This orange wine is made with Xarel-lo grapes, of which part of the wine ferments on the skins for 14 days, before being blended back to the white wine juice.

 It then spends eight months in Qvevri.

Light yellow in color and refreshingly low in alcohol. 

The Brisat Old Vines Xarello has a crisp, fresh and savoury taste. The aromas are fruity with a slight salty component, which would work great with salads, chicken and legume dishes
