Production Process of Vin Novello (Corvina) 2025 by Sassara

This is a Nouveau style 2025 wine, so made quickly and designed for freshness. It was fermented in a concrete tank, followed by a short rest after pressing in stainless steel and fiberglass tanks. After pressing, the wine rested for about one week in stainless steel and fiberglass tanks.
