Kamil Barczentewicz farms twelve hectares on a south-facing limestone hill in Poland, three kilometres from the Vistula river, which calms the tough climate. He grows Chardonnay, Blaufränkisch, Gewürztraminer, Riesling, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir, and the Beton range is made in concrete. Proof that Poland can make seriously good natural wine.
